Please read the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Pritam Jewellers Dhan Vriddhi Scheme App. By downloading, registering, or using the app, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Dhan Vriddhi Scheme.

By using the app, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. About the Dhan Vriddhi Scheme

The scheme runs for 12 months.

Each member pays a fixed monthly amount, selected at the time of joining

Every month, one participant is selected through a transparent lucky draw.

The winner gets a 100% discount on the remaining months’ contributions and can shop jewellery of that total value.

3. Payments

Monthly payments must be made on time to remain eligible for the monthly draw.

Missed or late payments may lead to disqualification from the current draw or removal from the scheme.

Pritam Jewellers is not responsible for technical errors or third-party payment gateway issues.

4. Draw Process

Draws are conducted each month for eligible and up-to-date participants.

Winners are chosen randomly and announced via the app.

Once selected, a participant is removed from future draws in the same 12-month group.

The management’s decision on the draw result is final.

5. Redemption & Shopping

The winner must redeem the awarded value within 3 months of the win.

The discount can only be redeemed against jewellery purchases at Pritam Jewellers.

Redemption is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Once enrolled, no refunds are provided.

Early withdrawal is not permitted unless approved under exceptional circumstances by the management.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information will be used only for operating the scheme and customer support.

Data is never shared or sold to third parties without consent.

8. App Usage Rules

Users must not misuse the app, including unauthorized access, copying, or attempting to disrupt its functionality.

Pritam Jewellers reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Modifications to the Scheme

Pritam Jewellers reserves the right to update or modify the scheme or app features without prior notice.

Continued participation or app use indicates acceptance of updated terms.
